Last week, we had the honour to welcome Patricia Prevoo and Claire Pototsky of the EUIPO (IP office of the EU) in our office.
Besides the fact that it was a great pleasure meeting them in person, the visit was very useful for us as well.
They gave us good tips to improve our trademark and design filings and informed us of the developments of the tools offered by the EUIPO.
The EUIPO is a good example of a governmental organisation that approaches their clients as business partners. This should be the standard!
By doing so, we can really work together to improve the service and the trademark protection for our clients.
